Rating: Sell

Executive Summary: Alokasi 0%. Hindari beli baru. Pemegang saham jual bertahap pakai limit order area 290–294. Dilarang market order cegah slippage. Hard stop pasang bawah 256. Horizon 1–4 minggu.

Investment Thesis: Kubu bear menang bulat. Fundamental rugi bersih H1 2026 IDR 1,71 miliar. Beban umum gerus 40,5% pendapatan. Valuasi P/S 4,4 kali kemahalan. Orang dalam Bunda Investama buang 37,2 juta saham di 314–320. Likuiditas mikro, transaksi cuma IDR 73,5 juta–291 juta per hari. Resisten turun dari 314 ke 308. MACD 5,18 bawah sinyal 5,53. Support 256 rapuh. Tesis gugur jika: laba bersih positif, tembus 314 volume masif, orang dalam akumulasi kembali.

Price Target: 256.0

Time Horizon: 1-4 minggu

Rencana trader

Action: Sell

Reasoning: Harga 288 tengah range 256–314. Risk-reward buruk. Resisten turun konsisten 314 ke 308, MACD di bawah sinyal. Likuiditas tipis picu slippage besar. Kinerja H1 2026 rugi bersih. Sinyal jual kuat.

Entry Price: not provided

Stop Loss: 256.0

Position Sizing: 0% portofolio

FINAL TRANSACTION PROPOSAL: SELL

Rencana investasi

258 kata

Recommendation: Sell

Rationale: Debat selesai. Kubu bear menang telak.

Bull klaim: margin bruto 45,1% sehat. Jarak breakeven operasional cuma 4% (Rp47,1 miliar vs realisasi Rp45,11 miliar H1 2026). Tren MA50 dan MA200 masih naik. Support 256–258 teruji.

Bear hancurkan tesis bull:

  1. Rekomendasi bull inkonsisten. Rating BUY tapi instruksi tunggu 258–265 atau breakout 314. Di 288 risk/reward buruk.
  2. Breakeven operasional 4% abaikan rugi non-operasional Rp0,81 miliar. Rugi bersih H1 2026 minus Rp1,71 miliar. G&A telan 40,5% pendapatan. Neraca dan arus kas gelap.
  3. Valuasi P/S 4,2–4,4 kali mahal untuk lab rugi tanpa kepastian turnaround.
  4. Likuiditas mikro. Transaksi harian Rp73,5 juta (63 transaksi). Slippage raksasa. Tidak layak trading portofolio.
  5. Teknikal lemah. Harga 288 tutup di low harian, volume turun ke 993.900 saham, resistensi turun (314, 310, 308), MACD 5,18 di bawah sinyal 5,53.
  6. Distribusi orang dalam. Bunda Investama jual 37,2 juta saham di 314–320. Asing dan broker MG catat jual bersih. Transfer Multi Garam @0 bukan akumulasi pasar.

Bukti bear lengkap. Bull cuma punya harapan operasional tanpa konfirmasi data. Edge di 288 nihil.

Strategic Actions: Instruksi eksekusi DGNS.JK:

  1. Ukuran alokasi: 0% dari alokasi standar. Hindari entri beli baru. Likuiditas Rp73,5 juta per hari hancurkan eksekusi standar.
  2. Posisi eksisting: Jual atau pangkas saat harga pantul ke zona 296–308. Pasang limit order ukuran kecil untuk hindari slippage. Dilarang market order.
  3. Proteksi modal: Pasang hard stop penutupan di bawah 256. Jika 256 jebol, buang sisa posisi segera. Risiko meluncur ke 238–246.
  4. Short sell: Dilarang short. Pasar tidak likuid, pinjaman saham nihil, risiko squeeze tinggi.

DGNS.JK — Diagnos Laboratorium Utama, 27 Oct 2026, close Rp288

Bottom line: no edge here. This is dead-centre of a two-month box with no directional signal — I'd pass, not because the chart is broken but because the risk/reward at Rp288 is poor.

1. Where price actually sits

Verified close 288, down 8 (−2.70%) from 296, with the session's low at 288 — it closed on its low. Volume was just 993,900 shares / Rp291.5M, roughly a third of the recent ~3M daily pace. Thin drift down, not heavy liquidation.

It's sitting almost exactly on the 20-day pivot: Bollinger mid 287.5, and price is pinned between the 5/20-day averages (~288) and the 10-EMA 286.4. Longer-term it's still above the 50-SMA 267.9 (+7.5%) and 200-SMA 261.3 (+10.2%) — the intermediate uptrend from the August 214 low is intact.

2. The box is the story

Since the Sept 2–3 volume explosion (6.0M then 14.1M shares, high 300), price has done nothing but churn in a 256–314 range:

  • Resistance 308–314, touched and rejected repeatedly: Oct 7 high 314, Oct 9 high 314, Oct 23 high 310, Oct 26 high 308. Note the lower highs — 314 → 310 → 308.
  • Support 256–258, tested four times in six sessions and held: Oct 16 low 256, Oct 19 low 256, Oct 20 low 256, Oct 21 low 258.
  • The Oct 22 candle (open 262, low 262, high 308, close 298 on 4.1M shares) was a violent bullish reversal — but it failed to follow through: three sessions stalling at 296–298, then today's close at the low. Reversal, no continuation. That's the pattern of a range, not a launchpad.

3. Momentum is decelerating

RSI 53.1, down from 64.8 on Oct 9 — neutral, no oversold cushion. MACD peaked at 11.2 on Oct 9 and has bled to 5.18, now marginally below its signal (5.53, histogram −0.35). Nothing here says "about to break out"; it says "coiling in the middle."

ATR is 22.4 = 7.8% of price, and Bollinger width is 50 points (17.5% of price). This stock moves ~8% a day as normal noise. That single fact drives my whole view on position management below.

4. Flow: balanced, not accumulating

Broker summary (one session): CP/KB Valbury +Rp104M (avg 294) and CC/Mandiri +Rp88M (avg 293) bought; MG/Semesta −Rp119M (avg 291) and ZP/Maybank −Rp75M (avg 297) sold. Two buyers against two sellers, near-offsetting — slight net distribution on the day. Foreign net −37,900 shares; October foreign flow has chopped both ways, including −554,800 on Oct 8.

The genuinely interesting detail: the big buyers' average cost is 293–294, i.e. above the current 288. They're marginally underwater, which is mild support — but it's one day's print. get_accumulation_history returned no rows, so I cannot verify a sustained campaign, and the vendor's own 5-day note (CC bought 3/5 days, MG sold 3/5) describes rotation, not accumulation. Treat this as a single-session snapshot only. Tick data also returned zero rows, so I can't tell you whether today's close was bought or sold.

5. Where I disagree with the vendor read

The vendor calls AVOID — PERSONALITY TRAP (score 25/75), citing historical win rates of 35.9% ("foreign selling") and 34.1% ("above MA20"), PF 0.78.

  • I agree with "don't act," but not with the reasoning. Those screens are extremely generic — "above MA20" with a 34.1% win rate and D3 of +0.01% means the average event goes nowhere. A 0.65% negative expectancy on a stock that swings 7.8% a day is inside the noise. It's a mild negative tilt, not a trap.
  • The vendor's stop at Rp280 is objectively wrong. That's 2.8% below spot against an ATR of 7.8%. One ordinary down-day hits it. Any stop you place must be at least ~1× ATR away, which means below Rp256.
  • I'm more constructive than the vendor on the 256–258 floor. Four clean holds in six sessions plus the Oct 22 reversal candle is real demand, and price remains above both long averages. That isn't a stock I'd short.

Net: same "no trade" action, different thesis — mid-range compression with wide noise, not a historical curse.

6. Levels and how I'd actually engage

Level Basis
Resistance 2 314 Oct 7 & Oct 9 highs
Resistance 1 308–310 Oct 23 / Oct 26 highs
Spot 288 Boll mid 287.5, MA cluster
Support 1 284 Vendor S1 / immediate
Support 2 256–258 Four intraday lows, Oct 16–21
Support 3 238–246 Sept 28–29 lows
  • Flat / new money: wait. Buying at 288 gives you ~30 points to the ceiling and ~30 to the floor — coin flip, on a 22-point ATR.
  • Preferred long setup: Rp258–265 with a stop under 250 (below the support cluster, ~0.6 ATR), first target 300–308. That's roughly 3:1 and buys the tested floor instead of the middle.
  • Alternative long: only on a close above 314 with volume clearly over ~5M shares — that invalidates the two-month top and the Oct 22 supply.
  • If already long from lower: the trend isn't broken, so holding is defensible, but with momentum rolling over and the ceiling confirmed at 308, I'd trim into 300–308 rather than add. Hard stop below 256, not 280.

What would change my mind: a close above 314 on heavy volume, or foreign net buying sustained across several sessions with CP/CC continuing to add. What would confirm the bears: a close below 256, which opens 238–246 and would break the higher-lows sequence.

Data caveats: broker summary is a single session with no history series available; no tick-level order flow returned; the Aug–Oct dataset here doesn't give me a 52-week context, so all range claims are bounded to that window.

DGNS.JK — Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk

Data caveat up front: balance sheet, cash flow, and historical income statement calls all returned document indexes only (file listing, no figures) — I retried across dates and both frequencies. So I have only the latest P&L (Q2 2026) plus ownership and quote data. There is no view on net debt, equity/book value, or operating cash flow — which is exactly the information that matters most for a loss-making company. Treat the below as partial.

The market snapshot also appears to be from late Sep/early Oct 2026, not mid-2025.

Snapshot

Item Value
Price 288 reference; last trade 274 (−4.87%)
Market cap IDR 396bn (≈USD 24m)
Shares out 1.375bn
Day value traded IDR 73.5m (≈USD 4.5k), 63 trades
Turnover ratio 0.072%

What the P&L actually says (H1 2026)

Line IDR bn % of revenue
Revenue 45.11 100%
COGS (24.77) 54.9%
Gross profit 20.35 45.1%
Selling (2.97) 6.6%
G&A (18.27) 40.5%
Operating result (0.90) −2.0%
Net non-operating (0.81) −1.8%
Pretax / net loss (1.71) −3.8%

Three observations:

  1. Gross margin of 45% is fine — normal for a clinical lab. The business earns money at the gross line.
  2. G&A is the entire problem. 40.5% of revenue, and 6.1x the selling line. This is a fixed-cost lab network (collection points, analysers, accreditation, staff) running well below absorption. Negative operating leverage.
  3. They are close to operating breakeven. Fixed-ish costs (G&A + selling) = 21.24bn; at a 45.1% contribution margin that implies breakeven revenue of ~47.1bn per half vs 45.1bn actual — only ~4% more revenue flips the operating line positive. That is the single most interesting fact here, and it's the only real bull case.

But note the second drag: net non-operating expense of −0.81bn (roughly double the operating loss) — likely FX and/or financing cost. Even at operating breakeven, that line keeps them underwater. Without the balance sheet I can't size it.

Valuation

  • P/S ≈ 4.2–4.4x (IDR 90bn annualised revenue vs 377–396bn cap).
  • P/E: not meaningful — loss-making.
  • P/B: unavailable.

4x+ sales for a company with a negative net margin and sub-scale revenue is an optionality valuation, not a value one. The market is paying for a turnaround that hasn't started. Absolute loss is tiny (−1.24 IDR/share per half), so this is a micro-cap where the price is driven by float and story, not by earnings math.

Ownership — mixed-to-negative signal

  • Bunda Investama Indonesia held ~485m shares (~35%) and sold 37.2m on 2026-03-09 at 314–320 across four tranches. Those are 13–17% above today's 274. A 35% holder trimming into strength is a negative tell.
  • Multi Garam Utama acquired 96.35m shares (7.0%) on 2026-06-08 — but the reported price is @ 0.
  • Bunda's own 78.6m March purchase was also @ 0.

Both @ zero prices indicate off-market transfers/reallocations between affiliated entities, not open-market conviction buys. I would not read the June block as bullish insider accumulation; it looks like a group restructuring. Net read: affiliated holders transferring scrip, one of them selling at 314–320 in March.

The deal-breaker: liquidity

IDR 73.5m of value traded today, 0.072% of shares. That is a ~USD 4,500 day. Any position of institutional size cannot be entered or exited without moving price 10–20%, and the bid-ask spread is presumably wide. For a trading book this instrument is functionally untradeable, independent of the thesis.

Seasonality: no data returned for this name.

Stance

Avoid / no position.

  • For a trading book: untradeable. Liquidity alone disqualifies it, and a −4.9% day on 73.5m of turnover tells you nothing — that's noise, not signal.
  • For a fundamental investor: a sub-scale lab at ~4.2–4.4x sales with negative margins, insiders trimming at higher prices, and a plausible-but-unproven ~4% revenue gap to operating breakeven. Not enough edge, and the loss is driven partly by a non-operating line I can't see.

What would change my mind: (1) the balance sheet — specifically net cash/debt and whether there's refinancing risk, and (2) two consecutive halves of revenue above ~47bn with G&A held flat, which would prove operating leverage is real. Absent those, the 4.4x sales price is the whole problem.

What I'd need to re-run this properly: balance sheet (quarterly + annual), cash flow, and revenue for Q2 2025 to establish the growth trend — right now I cannot tell whether revenue is growing into that breakeven point or shrinking away from it. That is the decisive unknown, and it's unanswered.

Overall Sentiment: Neutral (Score: 5.0/10) Confidence: Low

⚠️ Data availability caveat — read first

No sentiment sources could be queried for DGNS.JK in this environment. I have no access to news/filings APIs, social media or forum scrapers, or retail-flow/board data. Rather than synthesise a view from priors, this report is deliberately marked Neutral / 5.0 / low confidence. Every section below documents the gap and specifies exactly what would need to be retrieved before a directional call is defensible. Do not treat the Neutral band as a market view — it is an abstention.

1. Source-by-source breakdown

News & filings (IDX disclosures, local financial media, sector coverage): 0 items retrieved. No announcement stream, no earnings release, no broker note, no wire copy was available. Cannot establish event risk (results, capital actions, management change, contract wins/losses) or media tone.

Social / retail commentary (X, Stockbit, Kaskus, Telegram retail groups): 0 posts retrieved. No message counts, no bull/bear ratios, no post volume, no engagement metrics. Indonesian small/mid-cap names live disproportionately on Stockbit, so this is the single largest blind spot for an IDX ticker — and it is completely empty here.

Positioning / flow and price-derived proxies: 0 data points retrieved. No volume history, no foreign vs. domestic net flow, no bid/ask imbalance, no retail-vs-institutional participation split. No short interest or securities-lending data either. Sentiment inferred from price/volume behaviour is therefore unavailable.

2. Cross-source divergences and alignments

Nothing can be compared. With all three source classes empty there is no divergence signal (which would itself be informative — e.g. constructive media vs. hostile retail) and no alignment signal (which would raise conviction). Zero-variance across all sources here reflects missing instrumentation, not genuine market calm. This distinction matters: a true Neutral reading requires sources that are active but balanced; this is silence.

3. Dominant narrative themes

None identifiable from data. No recurring phrases, memes, or thesis clusters were observed, because no corpus existed to analyse.

Background context only (not sentiment evidence, and should be verified independently before use): DGNS.JK is the IDX listing of PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk, a diagnostics/laboratory-services healthcare name. Structural considerations that typically drive sentiment on such a micro/small-cap — thin free float, low average daily turnover, single-client or single-payer concentration, post-COVID normalisation of diagnostic testing volumes, and sensitivity to rupiah moves on imported reagents — are worth checking, but I have no evidence either way on any of them today.

4. Catalysts and risks surfaced by the data

The data surfaced none, because there was no data. Two risks follow directly from that:

  • Liquidity/execution risk is unquantified. For a thinly traded IDX small-cap, inability to measure average volume means inability to size a position or judge slippage. This is a material risk on its own, independent of direction.
  • Event risk is unquantified. An unread disclosure calendar means a results date, corporate action, or suspension notice could be pending without warning.

5. Summary table of sentiment signals

Signal Direction Source Supporting evidence
Media/news tone No data News & filings feed 0 articles retrieved; no tone computable
Retail/social message volume No data Social & forum scrape 0 posts; bull/bear ratio and volume undefined
Retail sentiment polarity No data Social & forum scrape No corpus to score
Positioning / net flow No data Flow & price-derived No volume, foreign-flow, or imbalance series
Volatility / liquidity regime No data Price history No price series available
Cross-source agreement N/A All sources Cannot assess — all empty

Recommendation for the trader

Treat DGNS.JK as unrated, not Neutral. Before any position, retrieve at minimum: (a) the last four quarters of IDX filings and any pending corporate-action notices, (b) 30 days of daily volume and value traded to size liquidity, (c) Stockbit/X post volume and polarity for the name, and (d) foreign vs. domestic net flow. All four are prerequisites, not enhancements, for a small-cap IDX sentiment read. I will re-issue this report with a substantive band and score once those feeds are connected.

DGNS.JK — Data Unavailable / No Actionable View

I have to lead with the most important finding: I could not retrieve a single security-specific data point for DGNS. Rather than fill the gap with plausible-sounding numbers, here is exactly what failed and what it means.

What came back empty

Data requested Result
Company news (Jul 27 – Oct 27, 2026) Unavailable — no configured vendor served it; Yahoo Finance has zero articles tagged DGNS.JK
Price / quote / volume Not available — no quote function in the toolset
Presence in today's breadth board Absent from all four rankings: gainers, losers, traded value, transaction frequency
Screener shortlist (V5.2, 27 Oct 2026) Not listed — only PIPA, BLES, IMPC triggered today
Macro series (FRED) Unavailable — FRED_API_KEY not set
Prediction markets Withheld — vendor serves only live odds; can't back-date to 2026-10-27

The absence from the breadth lists is mildly informative but weak: each list is only a top-10, and the board shows 826 active names, so a small-cap that isn't a top gainer, top loser, or top-10 by value/lot/frequency simply falls below the cutoff. Not appearing ≠ not trading ≠ no signal. It does tell you it isn't a headline mover today, which is all.

What the tape does say (context only, not DGNS-specific)

Session 1 is open (09:00–12:00 WIB). The board is split in a way that matters for how you'd treat a speculative small-cap:

  • Large-cap banks bid: BBCA +3.06% on Rp 747bn — roughly 3x the next name by value, with BBRI and BMRI down 1.4–1.6%. Money is rotating into one bank, not the sector.
  • Telco and commodities offered: TLKM −3.74%, BRPT −6.04%, ENRG −6.54%. Index-heavy weight dragging.
  • Speculative low-price names are where the activity is: BIPP +17.2% on 1.43bn lots, KOKA +13.3%, LAPD +12.5%, LAJU +12.2% — several closing below their VWAP (KOKA 128 vs VWAP 134.5; LAPD 63 vs 64.6), i.e. intraday distribution into strength, not clean accumulation.
  • SMLE −6.5% on 39,923 transactions is the day's churn leader by a wide margin — a distribution-flavoured footprint.

If DGNS is a thin, low-priced name, that last cluster is the regime it trades in: wide spreads, VWAP slippage, and moves driven by flow rather than fundamentals. That is a caution, not a thesis.

Why I won't synthesize a view

Any target price, valuation, or recommendation I produced here would be invented. With no quote, no financials, no filings, and no news flow, there is no evidence base — and a confident write-up built on nothing is worse than no write-up. I'd also flag that I can't confirm from these tools what DGNS's underlying business actually is; verify the issuer yourself before acting.

What would unlock a real analysis

  1. A quote source — last price, VWAP, turnover, 20-day average volume. Without turnover you can't judge whether a position is even exitable.
  2. IDX filings / IDX.co.id announcements — the routine disclosures (financial statements, keterbukaan informasi, shareholder changes) that the news vendor clearly doesn't index for this ticker.
  3. A FRED key — currently blocking all rate and inflation context, which is the dominant driver for IDX small-caps.
  4. Order-book / broker-summary data — the screener's accumulation logic (the 🏦 and 🥷 tags) needs broker flow data that isn't exposed here.

Bottom line: no view on DGNS.JK. Not neutral — unresearched, which is a different and more honest thing. If you can supply a price history or point me at filings, I'll build the analysis properly.
