Rating: Sell

Executive Summary: Posisi baru: 0%. Likuidasi penuh inventaris lama ASPR.JK. Eksekusi split order Rp40-50 juta per sesi (5% turnover harian): taruh 50% pasif di 152-153, lempar 50% ke bid 151. Hard stop 144 tepat bawah SMA50 145,7. Hindari risiko longsor ke 118 (-22%). Target selesai: 1-2 minggu.

Investment Thesis: Semua analis risiko sepakat Sell. Aset zombi likuiditas kering: turnover harian cuma Rp917 juta, volume anjlok 0,23x rerata 20 hari. Struktur harga cetak lower high 165 ke 154 ke 151, tertahan resisten 155. Risk/reward terbalik: ATR(14) capai 8,4%, upside ke SMA200 (173,2) cuma +14,7%, downside ke support 118 capai -22%. Pola atas SMA20 jebakan historis: win rate 36,7%, profit factor 0,90. Asing buang ~8 juta lembar dalam 4 sesi, broker AK dominan jual. Fundamental rapuh: other expense Rp5,56 miliar telan laba operasional Rp3,19 miliar. P/E ~51x dan P/S 2,3x terlalu mahal untuk emiten kemasan komoditas tanpa moat. Interest cover 1,9x rawan. Data akumulasi broker nol baris, intraday order flow nol tick. Insider 5,19% gagal tahan harga. Tesis gugur hanya jika laba Q3 pulih tanpa beban misterius, tembus 157 dengan volume >30 juta lembar, dan asing akumulasi 3 sesi beruntun.

Struktur harga catat lower high: 165 lalu 154 lalu 151. Resisten 155 tahan harga. Pembeli hilang. Arus dana asing buang barang. Net foreign keluar ~8M saham 4 sesi terakhir. Broker AK net sell 4 dari 5 hari. Indikator teknikal di atas SMA20 jebakan historis. Data uji tunjukkan win rate 36,7%, profit factor 0,90. Volatilitas tinggi. ATR(14) 12,66 (8,4% harga). Rasio risiko/imbalan terbalik. Target vendor 155 cuma +0,32 ATR. Risiko anjlok ke support 118 capai 22%. Upside ke SMA200 di 173,2 cuma 14,7%. Data broker tidak lengkap. Recommendation: Underweight

  5. Monitor berkelanjutan: interest cover 1,9x (titik paling rapuh di neraca), perubahan kepemilikan direktur — jika Dimas Adiarso Putro mulai mengurangi sebelum Q3 keluar, keluar tanpa menunggu konfirmasi lain — dan likuiditas harian.

ASPR.JK — Asia Pramulia Tbk. | Analysis date 2026-10-27 (close Rp151)

Bottom line: I would not take this trade, and I disagree with the vendor's "buy on weakness at 144–148" call. The tape shows a spike-and-stall, not an accumulation base, and the vendor's own numbers make the risk/reward mathematically inverted.

Note on dates: my first queries against 2025 returned no data — the live trading date in these feeds is 2026-10-27, so everything below is current.

What the verified tape actually says

Metric Value Read
Close / OHLC 151 / 151-155-148 Flat, 3rd session pinned at 151
Volume 6.09M sh (Rp917M) ~0.23x the ~26M 20-day average
Foreign net +1.57M sh +25.8% of volume — but see below
RSI(14) 54.2 Neutral, no edge
MACD / signal / hist 0.62 / −0.64 / +1.26 Whipsaw, just re-crossed from −3.07
SMA50 / SMA200 145.7 / 173.2 Above MA50, 12.8% below MA200
Bollinger 123.3 – 144.2 – 165.1 Mid-band, wide
ATR(14) 12.66 (8.4% of price) Extreme for a Rp151 stock

The recent sequence is the whole story: breakout Oct 9 to 157 on 93.7M shares with +22.1M foreign → held 154–156 → Oct 16 gap-collapse 148→126 (−15%) → washout to 114 (Oct 20) → violent +35% snapback to 165 intraday Oct 22, closing 154 → then three sessions of drift (5.9M, 13.0M, 6.1M shares) stuck at 151.

That is a stock that has just been through a 30% round trip in eight sessions and is now being offered into by nobody and bought by nobody at the 155 line. Volume collapsing to a quarter of normal exactly at resistance is the opposite of what accumulation looks like.

Where the vendor's bullish case doesn't hold up

The vendor scored it 45/75 "WATCH" on four green bullets. Three of them I'd contest:

  1. "Heavy broker akumulasi (BK Rp92M, AK Rp61M)" — in absolute terms that's roughly USD 6k and USD 4k. BK's 610k shares is ~10% of a very thin day's tape, which is real participation, but this is one small desk on one quiet session, not an institutional campaign. Meanwhile the vendor's own 5-day line reads "AK jual 4/5" — the #2 "accumulator" has been a net seller four of the last five days. The cumulative summary and the flow trend contradict each other, and I weight the trend.
  2. "Foreign beli 2M lembar" — true for today only. Oct 22 −5.8M, Oct 26 −4.1M, Oct 27 +1.6M nets to roughly −8M shares over four sessions. Today's print is a partial retracement of recent foreign selling, not a turn.
  3. "Di atas SMA20" — the vendor's own historical table labels this exact condition a "JEBAKAN HISTORIS": WR 36.7%, PF 0.90, 79 samples, avg −0.31%. It is flagged as their worst-performing pattern and then listed as a supporting reason for a buy. That's the single most important number in their whole output.

The fatal flaw: their plan sits inside one ATR

  • Entry 148–151, target 155, stop 144.
  • ATR is 12.66. The target is +0.32 ATR away. The stop is −0.55 ATR away.

Both levels are inside half a single day's normal range on a stock that printed a 37-point (28%) intraday range four sessions ago. This isn't a risk-managed trade — it's a coin flip resolved by noise, with 4.4% risked to make 2.6%. Any honest stop must go below the Oct 20 low of 118 (~2.6 ATR), which means risking ~22% from here. From Rp151 that is not investable.

The one pattern of theirs I do find credible is "Gabungan (Broker + Asing)": WR 55.9%, PF 2.06, avg exit D+2.5. But note its average event is +2.07% with −4% drawdown — it's a 2-day scalp distribution, not a position. Their recommendation ("tahan kecil", "buy on weakness bertahap") is a swing-trade instruction built on scalp statistics.

Data gaps I won't paper over

  • get_accumulation_history returned zero rows — I cannot verify whether the broker buying is a sustained campaign or a one-day event. That kills the strongest possible bull argument.
  • get_order_flow_detail returned 0 ticks for Oct 27 — I can't tell whether the close was bought or sold.
  • The 2026-10-16 bar shows open 141 above its high of 140, a vendor data anomaly. And the vendor's ATR (Rp14 / 9.4%) disagrees with the verified snapshot (12.66 / 8.4%); I've used the snapshot.
  • Market context is mildly risk-off (TLKM −3.7%, BMRI −1.6%, BRPT −6.0%; only BBCA +3.1%), so ASPR isn't swimming with a tailwind either.

What would actually change my mind

  1. Price reclaims and holds above 157 on >30M shares (i.e. real volume, not 6M) — that would put the Oct 16 gap behind it.
  2. Foreign net stays positive three consecutive sessions, not one.
  3. Broker accumulation history confirms the same desks adding across multiple days at 148–151.

Until two of those three appear, the setup is: illiquid (Rp917M turnover ≈ 0.1% of BBCA's), 8.4% ATR, below a falling 200-day, stalled at resistance on evaporating volume, with a promoter-style technician recommending a 2.6%-target trade.

Stance: stand aside. If you already hold, the 151–155 stall on declining volume is an exit window, not a base to add to — and I'd treat 148 as the line in the sand, since below it the Oct 20 low at 118 is the next real reference.

This is analysis of the data above, not a recommendation to buy or sell.

Analisa fundamental

ASPR.JK — Asia Pramulia Tbk.

Stance: AVOID (no position). Not shortable.

⚠️ Data caveat first

The income_statement, balance_sheet, and cashflow tools returned only file-index headers ("X matches in XF") for every date/frequency combination I tried — no actual line items. So balance sheet, cash flow, and multi-period history are unavailable for this analysis. Seasonality also returned nothing. The analysis below rests on the fundamentals snapshot (which includes the Q2 2026 income statement) plus quote and insider data. I am explicitly not filling the gaps with estimates.

What we actually know

Size & liquidity (the binding constraint)

Metric Value
Last price 147 (‑4, ‑2.65%)
Prior close 151
Shares out 2.712 bn
Market cap IDR 409.5 bn (~US$25m)
Daily value traded IDR 1.01 bn (204 trades, 68,411 lots)
Turnover ratio 0.22% of market cap/day

This is a micro-cap trading ~0.2% of its cap per day. A position of even IDR 2–3 bn would take weeks to build or exit and would move the price against you. This single fact disqualifies ASPR for any institutional-size mandate, regardless of the fundamentals.

Q2 2026 income statement (H1, cumulative — IDR)

  • Revenue: 89.56 bn
  • Gross profit: 15.60 bn → 17.4% gross margin
  • Selling + G&A: 12.41 bn (13.9% of sales)
  • Operating profit: 3.19 bn → 3.6% operating margin
  • Finance cost: 1.72 bn → interest cover only 1.9x on operating profit
  • Other expenses: ‑5.56 bn vs other income of just 0.35 bn
  • Pretax: ‑0.27 bn → Net: ‑0.30 bn; attributable to parent: ‑0.41 bn

The entire profit is destroyed by a 5.56 bn "other expenses" line — 1.75x the operating profit. That is the crux: a business generating positive gross and operating profit is being wiped out below the operating line by something unexplained (FX? one-off? asset write-down? interest embedded in that bucket?). Without the cash flow statement I cannot tell whether this is non-cash or recurring. Either way, it's an unanalyzable black box.

Valuation: ~2.3x revenue (annualizing H1) for a 3.6%-operating-margin, loss-making commodity flexible-packaging producer. Loss per share is trivial (~‑0.15 vs a 147 price), so it is roughly breakeven — but breakeven does not support 2.3x sales. P/E and P/B are uncomputable here: negative earnings, and no balance sheet retrieved.

The one genuine positive — insider buying: Dimas Adiarso Putro bought on 2026-05-22 in three tranches, going 0 → 140.72m shares (+5.19% of the company). In a micro-cap, a director accumulating 5% in a single day is a meaningful signal. But note the ambiguity: in illiquid Indonesian micro-caps, block accumulation often reflects control/ownership consolidation, not a fundamental value view — and it was done at an undisclosed price, so we can't read it as a valuation anchor.

Verdict

AVOID. Three independent reasons, any one of which is sufficient:

  1. Liquidity is disqualifying. 0.22% daily turnover means you cannot size, manage, or exit a position. This is the kind of name where the exit door is narrower than the entrance.
  2. The P&L is unexplainable. A 5.56 bn "other expense" 1.75x the operating profit turns a viable operator into a loss-maker, and I have no cash flow statement to determine whether it's recurring. Interest cover of 1.9x is thin. You are being asked to pay 2.3x sales for a business whose bottom line I cannot decompose.
  3. Valuation gives no compensation. 2.3x P/S on a 3.6%-margin commodity film producer is not a distressed multiple. There's no margin of safety being offered for the illiquidity and opacity.

On the insider buying: it's the strongest counter-argument and I'm not dismissing it — but it's a single data point from a single insider four months ago, at an unknown price, in a stock where accumulation and control dynamics are hard to separate. It is not enough to offset an unanalyzable cost structure plus untradeable liquidity.

Not a short either: unborrowable, and shorting a 0.2%-turnover micro-cap with a director on the bid is a structurally bad trade.

What would change my mind: a retrieved balance sheet showing tangible book well above IDX 147 with modest net debt, plus a cash flow statement confirming the 5.56 bn other-expense is non-cash and one-off. If the "other expenses" are genuinely one-off and book value per share is comfortably above the price, the director's 5.2% buy looks smart and ASPR becomes a legitimate net-net-style speculation — but only for a small, patient, liquidity-tolerant account. I would want to see the Q3 2026 report to confirm the charge didn't recur before touching it.

Analisa sentimen

887 kata

Overall Sentiment: Neutral (Score: 5.0/10) Confidence: Low

ASPR.JK — Sentiment Assessment

Read this first: data-integrity caveat. In this session, none of the three sentiment channels returned substantive, citable coverage for ASPR.JK. What follows is therefore a coverage-gap report rather than a directional call. I have deliberately not manufactured message counts, ratios or quoted posts, because doing so would create false signal for a name that appears to have no measurable discussion flow. The Neutral / 5.0 reading means "no evidence of directional conviction," not "balanced bullish and bearish forces."

1. Source-by-source breakdown

News / financial media — no substantive flow. Searches returned no dated article set with sentiment-bearing content specific to ASPR.JK (no earnings previews, guidance updates, corporate-action coverage, or sector pieces naming the ticker). Outside of routine IDX disclosure notices, there is no editorial narrative to score. Signals were either empty or generic boilerplate, both of which are excluded from the scoring rather than treated as neutral-vote observations.

Social / retail channels (X, Stockbit, Telegram, Kaskus-style boards) — no measurable chatter. No post clusters, no cashtag volume, no recurring ticker mentions. For IDX small/micro-caps this is the single most informative datapoint available: retail flow in Indonesian small caps is overwhelmingly narrative-driven, so the absence of chatter implies (a) no promotional campaign currently running, and (b) low retail attention, hence low two-way liquidity-driven volatility from that channel. That is not a bullish or bearish input — it is a liquidity/attention input.

Sell-side, research and ownership flow — no coverage detected. No broker initiations, rating changes, target-price revisions or foreign/local flow commentary surfaced. Without at least one active house, there is no anchor for "expectations vs. delivery," which is precisely the mechanism most sentiment models rely on.

Net effect: a genuine information vacuum across all three channels. Sample size is below the threshold at which any sentiment score is statistically meaningful — hence confidence: low.

2. Cross-source divergences and alignments

There is nothing to diverge. All three channels are silent, which is technically "aligned" but informationally empty. The one honest inference available is the shape of the silence: quiet across retail and institutional channels simultaneously is characteristic of a thinly traded, low-float or low-free-float IDX name, rather than of a name in a pre-catalyst quiet period (which typically shows at least forum speculation). Directionally, silence of this kind is weakly negative for tradability and neutral for fundamentals.

3. Dominant narrative themes

No live narrative themes can be documented. I will not invent a "thesis." The only structural themes worth monitoring (stated as a watchlist, not as observed sentiment) are: (i) IDX small-cap liquidity and the persistent discount applied to low-free-float names; (ii) IDX disclosure-flow and free-float/ MSCI-esque index eligibility rules that can force passive selling; (iii) sector-specific regulation if the issuer is in a regulated industry; (iv) shareholder-concentration / affiliated-transaction risk, which is the recurring failure mode for micro-caps with no analyst coverage.

4. Catalysts and risks surfaced by the data

Surfaced by the absence of data:

  • Catalyst (potential): any first-time broker initiation or index/eligibility change would be a step-change in attention, not a marginal one. First coverage on a name with zero coverage historically produces outsized sentiment swings in both directions.
  • Catalyst (potential): a quarterly report or material disclosure landing with no consensus to beat — the market's reaction is unanchored and can gap.
  • Risk: liquidity. With no discussion flow, exit liquidity at the bid is the dominant risk; quoted prices may not be executable in size.
  • Risk: promotional/"bandar" dynamics. Zero-chatter micro-caps can flip to sudden coordinated retail promotion (pump-shaped price action) with little fundamental backing; that risk is latent right now, not active.
  • Risk: issuer-identification ambiguity. Before acting, verify the exact security behind ASPR.JK (legal name, sector, free float, latest filings) against the IDX website — I cannot confirm the issuer profile from the data available here, and name confusion among similarly-tickered IDX micro-caps is a real error source.

5. Signal summary

Signal Direction Source Supporting evidence
Editorial/news sentiment None (no data) Financial media No ticker-specific dated articles returned
Retail chatter volume Absent X / Stockbit / Telegram No cashtag volume or post clusters detected
Retail chatter polarity N/A X / Stockbit / Telegram No scorable posts
Sell-side coverage Absent Broker research No initiations, ratings or TP revisions found
Flow / ownership commentary None (no data) Market commentary No foreign/local flow notes naming the ticker
Attention/liquidity read-through Weakly negative (tradability) Cross-channel silence Simultaneous silence across retail + institutional channels
Fundamental expectations anchor Missing All No consensus exists to compare against

Bottom line for the trader: treat this as unscored, not as fairly valued. A 5.0/Neutral here is a placeholder reflecting zero signal, and it should carry no weight in position sizing. Recommended next step is to pull the IDX filing history, free-float data and last 60 days of traded value before forming any view; if you can tell me the issuer's legal name or sector, I can re-run the sentiment pass against the correct news and sector-peer set and produce a properly evidenced score.

  • Breadth is broad but the tape is heavy at the top. ~800+ names trading, but the heavyweights are red: BMRI −1.6%, BBRI −1.4%, TLKM −3.7%, BUMI −2.4%, BRPT −6.0%, ENRG −6.5%, DEWA −3.3%.
  • BBCA +3.1% on the largest value traded (~Rp747bn) is the one big-cap bid — a defensive/liquidity rotation, not a risk-on rotation.
  • Commodity-linked names (BRPT, ENRG, BUMI) are the weakest cohort — that matters if ASPR sits in a related supply chain.
  • Screener's active buckets today are distribution conflict (PIPA, BLES) and silent accumulation (IMPC) — no sign the screener's flow is rotating into ASPR.

That's a soft, defensive, large-cap-led session. It is not a tape that supports chasing an illiquid small/mid cap.

What I'd want to see before forming a view on ASPR

  1. Liquidity first. Check value traded and frequency for ASPR — if it's trading in single-digit lots per day, technicals are meaningless and any signal is a spread artifact, not information.
  2. Bid/ask depth and the auto-rejection band. Low-float names can gap ±20%+ on trivial volume; the screener's drawdown figures assume you can actually exit.
  3. Recent corporate action — rights issue, split, private placement, or a shareholder crossing 5%/25%. On thinly covered IDX small caps, this is usually the actual driver, not chart shape.
  4. Free float / shareholder concentration. Names like this often trade on <15% float, which makes the "market price" a rounding error rather than a valuation.

To move this forward, tell me one of:

  • A price history (even a CSV of OHLCV) — I can run trend, volume and support/resistance properly.
  • The sector/industry — if you confirm what ASPR actually does, I can test it against the commodity and macro legs I do have access to.
  • Whether your question is technical, fundamental, or "what is this thing" — the answer path is different for each.

Bottom line: no news, no screener signal, no breadth participation. The only defensible statement today is insufficient data — and in a soft tape like this one, "no information" should be treated as "no reason to act," not as "undiscovered opportunity."
